Connect to VPN
TNTP's Virtual Private Network (VPN) allows staff to connect directly to the central
office network for file sharing, and to allow Tech Liaisons to connect more directly
with our TeacherTrack servers.

mindSHIFT provides IT support for TNTP. Contact mindSHIFT any time you have a technology
question, problem, or suggestion for how technology might help to improve your productivity.
Staff are now encouraged to start calling mindSHIFT’s Education Team at (877) 581-6506.
The new support line will connect you to mindSHIFT’s Education Team, which will
provide more specialized support for the organization. The Education Team will be
available from 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST. All calls that are fielded before 8:00AM or
after 5:00PM EST will be handled by general support.

Connect to secure FTP
All Partners and Site Managers at Milestone Sites will have access to a secure file
transfer protocol (FTP) site. This site will serve as a platform for our sites to
share student outcomes from their partner districts with the R&E and TE teams, as
we want to avoid sharing this sensitive information over email.
